1. Discuss regarding changing quorum in existing by-laws. Since participation is very low it will be impossible to make any by-law changes with current quorum requirements.
2. Voting procedure for by-law changes. How are we going to have voting as per current by-laws? Eg: Through email, in person and mail.
4. Annual events: 
a. Annual meeting
i. What did we learn, any feedback on making it better. 
b. Any up coming events?

We will be voting on by laws, here is the information:

The Board is proposing changes to the Neighborhood Association by-laws. They have been the same for years and are outdated and no longer reflect the board or community objectives. The proposed changes can be viewed here:

Treasurer’s Report: Charlotte Petersen
• Bank Balance
• Activity on the bank account
• Number of Members and our expenses.
Vote on proposal to by-law changes.

Guest Speaker: Ann Kitchen our Council Member for District 5 will be available on Zoom to talk about issues that affect our neighborhood.Topics of interest and preferences of our neighborhood:

1. Neighborhood as a pocket (one entry/one exit). we
   would like to limit any new
   road construction connecting to our neighborhood.
2. Greenbelt around our neighborhood. we would like to
   maximize the distance new development encroaches
   upon our neighborhood.
3. Our community to remain zoned as single family
   residential with one family/housing unit per property.
   Guest Speaker (Tentative): Anthony Johnson, Chief Deputy
   will give us information on safety for our neighborhood and
   our property.
   

Guest Speaker (Tentative): Bob Petersen with Precision
Inspection Service will speak to us about maintaining your
property and making your property more energy efficient.

• Website updates.
• Event updates.
